The analyst will ensure servicing rules for Consumer and Mortgage Loans are accurately interpreted, implemented, and maintained according to investor and partner requirements, while proactively monitoring industry standards for necessary internal adjustments. This role involves acting as a liaison to translate external servicing expectations into accurate, rules-based internal logic and supporting management in audit preparations.
