They oversee the product roadmap, update form language, and collaborate with underwriting, sales, and regulatory departments to align product offerings with market needs.

The Data Analytics Engineer designs and maintains scalable data models and pipelines within a Snowflake-based medallion architecture to support P&C insurance business units. They partner with stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.

Responsible for underwriting and marketing new and renewal business for small to medium-sized risks. Partners with sales and marketing teams to develop agent relationships and ensure the retention of profitable business.
