The VP/SVP will lead the global spectrum and regulatory strategy, managing ITU filings, frequency coordination, and market access for LEO satellite constellations. This executive will also represent the company in international regulatory forums and partner with engineering and commercial teams to integrate regulatory requirements into system architecture.
