You will own and build supply and demand acquisition channels, focusing on Lightning Lessons, B2B sales, and social media growth. This role involves managing end-to-end campaigns, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the platform's reach.
You will lead the end-to-end sales process for Maven for Business, including sourcing, selling, onboarding, and expanding corporate partnerships. Additionally, you will build and refine sales systems and translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
You will own significant parts of the marketplace, including the storefront, course platform, and recommendation systems. You are expected to think strategically and manage end-to-end processes while collaborating with a small, high-trust team.
