Build and scale the operational foundation of the People function, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Manage HRIS and ATS platforms while driving process automation and data visibility across the organization.

Develop and maintain 2D and 3D models and drawings for industrial layouts using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. Support BIM workflows, digital delivery, and automation improvements through scripting and laser scanning registration.

Lead the configuration of projects in AutoCAD Electrical and develop best practices for drafting and modeling. Support the design process from conceptual engineering through detailed design, including the creation of SLDs and wiring diagrams.

The Senior Estimator will lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for mining, processing, and infrastructure projects. They will also collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to develop cost databases and support the automation of estimating processes.
