The consultant will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the 20th Anniversary Campaign, including donor engagement and solicitation. They will also lead high-level donor events and coordinate with internal teams to produce fundraising materials.

The Epidemiologist will lead high-quality analyses to evaluate disease patterns and climate-sensitive early warning systems while collaborating with government counterparts. They will also manage data integration, develop surveillance guidelines, and provide technical training to strengthen national health capacities.

This role is responsible for designing and deploying the Climate-Informed Early Warning System (CI-EWS), overseeing in-country data infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable technology transfer to government partners. Key duties include leading data pipeline development, architecting scalable cloud environments, and serving as the primary technical translator between partners and the IMACS team.

The Technical Officer will support the Technical Lead in designing, deploying, and documenting the Climate-Informed Early Warning System (CI-EWS) across partner countries, involving technical planning, research, and system configuration.

The Senior Consultant will lead the end-to-end operational execution of the program across partner countries, focusing on translating technical solutions into sustainable national capacity and ownership. This includes developing workplans, overseeing deployment activities, validating platform feasibility, and managing national training rollouts.
