The Construction Cost Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and life-cycle analyses throughout the project lifecycle. They will also support business development by developing pricing for proposals and collaborating with project teams on constructability and cost risk assessments.

Lead the design, analysis, and quality control of complex electrical infrastructure projects for DoD, DOE, and other federal agencies. Personally execute comprehensive electrical design packages and perform critical engineering calculations and seals.

Oversee and coordinate multi-discipline engineering and architecture design projects for federal government clients from planning through construction. Lead technical teams, manage client relationships, and handle project budgets and schedules.

The Drafter will produce technical MEP engineering drawings and specifications for federal clients using AutoCAD and Revit. They will collaborate with Professional Engineers to incorporate load calculations, equipment specifications, and ensure code compliance.
