Oversee daily operations of the Key Account pod by providing guidance, training, and support to processors and coordinators. Manage pipeline efficiency, resolve complex loan scenarios, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

The Processor manages loan files from submission through underwriting and closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. They communicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters to clear conditions for final loan approval.

The Mortgage Compliance Officer is responsible for researching and ensuring adherence to mortgage banking laws, rules, and regulations to reduce risk. This includes monitoring regulatory changes, drafting compliance alerts, and overseeing remediation steps for organizational weaknesses.
