Underwrite residential reverse mortgage loans to ensure compliance with company, investor, and legal standards. Partner with loan originators and processors to secure documentation and make timely risk-based loan decisions.

Supervise and coach a team of 15-20 processors to ensure high-quality loan files in compliance with FHA and investor regulations. Act as a liaison between underwriting, sales, and other departments to optimize pipeline efficiency and workflow.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist customers with their online applications by answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls. They will manage the pipeline of loans and follow up on HELOC applications to help customers move towards a funded loan.
