The Epic Principal Trainer leads the development, coordination, and implementation of clinical Epic training for end users. They also collaborate with IS and clinical leadership to optimize system utilization and resolve workflow barriers.

The Cardiac Device Technician manages implanted cardiac pacemakers and ICD devices under physician oversight. They perform device interrogation, programming adjustments, troubleshooting, and patient education within the clinic setting.
