The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers from contract signing through go-live. This role involves orchestrating technical deployments, managing project timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for both customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams.

Own the full post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Laurel’s largest customers, driving adoption, value, and revenue. Lead onboarding and education efforts while identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating risks.
