The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers from contract signing to go-live. This role involves orchestrating technical deployments, managing project timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for both internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders.
The Implementation Engineer will manage technical integrations between Laurel and client ERP/Practice Management Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. They will also serve as a technical escalation point, providing troubleshooting support and coordinating system migrations for enterprise clients.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems by working directly with customers to solve operational problems. Translate field learnings into reusable platform capabilities and own the end-to-end technical outcome from discovery to monitoring.
