The Implementation Engineer will manage technical integrations between Laurel and client Practice Management Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. They will also serve as a technical escalation point, diagnosing complex issues and coordinating with client IT teams to resolve outages and migration challenges.

Own the full post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Laurel’s largest customers, driving adoption, value, and revenue. Lead onboarding and education efforts while identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating risks.
