The AI Engagement Lead manages end-to-end client engagements, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical AI implementation. You will lead discovery workshops, define project success criteria, and ensure solutions are delivered to production while maintaining scope and client satisfaction.
You will work within a small, agile team to rebuild and maintain a modern full-stack web application using Next.js, Node.js, and Python. You are expected to take proactive ownership of feature development, technical design, and the implementation of robust CI/CD and observability practices.
The engineer will own the end-to-end development of an AI-powered customer support platform, from the user-facing application to the data layer and agent runtime. Responsibilities include designing client integrations, managing production health, and collaborating within a small team of Gen AI engineers.
