The AI Engagement Lead manages end-to-end client engagements, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical AI implementation. You will lead discovery workshops, define project success criteria, and ensure solutions are delivered to production while maintaining scope and client satisfaction.
The engineer will own the end-to-end development of an AI-powered customer support platform, from the user-facing application to the data layer and agent runtime.
