The Operations Technical Support Specialist will assist with executing foundational operational workflows across the policy lifecycle within Applied EPIC. This includes processing new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and billing transactions while ensuring data integrity and adherence to service level agreements.
The Placement Associate supports the execution of new and renewal business placements by reviewing submission materials for accuracy and coordinating with carriers. They also assist in marketing accounts, managing quoting processes, and maintaining accurate documentation within agency systems.
