The Cybersecurity Technician is responsible for monitoring, investigating, responding to, and escalating security events across LC Plus and its client environments. The role also includes assisting in the build and maintenance of the Phishing Awareness Program and supporting policy and procedure documentation.
The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing stewardship of secure, reliable systems for LC Plus Technology and its clients. This role includes providing design oversight, advanced technical execution, and mentorship to other technical staff.
