Install and support KJLC/KDF PVD systems across the UK and Europe, troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and coating systems. Perform maintenance, upgrades, and field modifications; provide customer support and training; and travel to customer sites as needed.
You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of PVD tools and vacuum systems across Europe. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to customers while acting as a trusted technical advisor.
The Regional Account Manager will drive growth by developing strategic customer relationships and delivering consultative vacuum technology solutions within an assigned territory. They are responsible for managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer visits, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure exceptional service.
