The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the contract and ensuring that all base operating support services are executed according to the Performance Work Statement. They will manage service execution, supervise multiple functions, and serve as the primary interface between the Government and the Contractor.

The Program Manager will oversee the execution of maintenance and engineering contracts, ensuring alignment with specifications, timelines, and budgets. They will also lead multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
