The Epic Operational Database Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic software applications and relational databases. Key duties include managing ODB environments, applying IRIS and Epic upgrades, and ensuring high system availability and performance.

Business Intelligence Developers create analytics content for end users requiring Epic data, including configuring and testing content for Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar dashboards, and Cogito SQL across Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle data sources. They are also responsible for designing custom SQL metrics, modifying existing reports, maintaining the Analytics Catalog, and testing analytics builds.
