Provide evidence-based clinical care to LGBTQIA+ members through a telehealth platform, including hormone therapy, primary care, and mental health services. Conduct both synchronous and asynchronous clinical tasks such as lab reviews and answering member questions.

The intern will conduct legal research on telehealth and anti-LGBT legislation while assisting with contract drafting and policy evaluation. They will also support the legal team by identifying process improvements and managing special projects.

Provide individual therapy to adults via synchronous video sessions and collaborate with the clinical team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and utilize messaging platforms to support patient care in accordance with company policies.
