Lead and mentor a team of clinicians and RNs to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, and clinical personnel policies.

Provide asynchronous clinical care and education to members while supporting clinicians with prescriptions, labs, and medical requests. Collaborate with support teams to complete clinical paperwork and facilitate specialty referrals.

The intern will conduct legal research on telehealth and anti-LGBT legislation while assisting with contract drafting and policy evaluation. They will also support the legal team by identifying process improvements and managing special projects.

Provide individual therapy to adults via synchronous video sessions and collaborate with the clinical team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and utilize messaging platforms to support patient care in accordance with company policies.

As a FOLX Clinician, you will provide evidence-based clinical care to members through a telehealth platform, focusing on services for the LGBTQAI+ community such as gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health care. This involves both synchronous audio/visual visits and asynchronous tasks like lab reviewing and answering clinical questions.

Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with various mental health conditions. Collaborate with fellow therapists and maintain detailed clinical documentation.
