The APRN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare through telehealth, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). They will collaborate with medical and clinical teams to develop individualized treatment plans and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Provide counseling, clinical assessments, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. Manage a client caseload while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Kentucky state standards through detailed documentation and safety planning.
