About this Candidate Pool:

Applicants may be considered for the following positions:
• Clinical Therapist – Provides clinical assessments, counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and other therapeutic services to assigned clients.
• Lead Clinical Therapist – Performs the responsibilities of a Clinical Therapist while also providing supervision, guidance, and support to therapists at the assigned location. Must have appropriate credentials to supervise.
Location: Kentucky: Candidates may be considered for current or future openings in Harrodsburg, Louisville, Chaplin, Willisburg, or Lexington. Candidates will generally be considered for the location closest to the address listed on their application, unless they indicate a willingness to travel to another location. Positions are primarily on-site; however, remote candidates may be considered depending on the needs of the role.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Therapist is vital to Isaiah House Treatment Center because it provides counseling, assessments, treatment planning, crisis support, referrals, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. By following agency policies, HIPAA requirements, Kentucky standards, and treatment guidelines, this role helps ensure clients receive safe, ethical, and effective care. Through risk assessments, safety planning, teamwork, documentation, and recovery-focused support, this position helps clients build stability, strengthen recovery skills, and work toward long-term success.
