The Senior Marketing Manager will build and execute the marketing engine to drive growth through demand generation, lead capture, and sales enablement. They will own the full marketing lifecycle, from designing multi-channel campaigns to shaping brand messaging and positioning in the electric mobility space.
This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end direct sales process, from prospecting through closure, focusing on selling the full suite of fleet solutions including ICE optimization and EV transition planning. The Director must develop and execute a targeted prospecting plan, engage with internal teams, and consistently meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators.
