The RCM Specialist is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding insurance claims and resolving payment denials to optimize cash flow. This includes analyzing denial codes, submitting appeals, and communicating with payers to recover underpayments.

Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure services and AWS cloud environments for over 30 development teams. Manage infrastructure as code using GitOps principles and lead incident response through on-call rotations.
