The Senior Learning Designer will lead the end-to-end development of competency-based curriculum frameworks and translate complex research into practical learning pathways. They will also facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives are evidence-based and learner-centred.
