The Senior Advisor leads employer outreach, industry engagement, and partnership development to support workforce development programs. They act as a liaison between ICTC and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure program activities align with industry needs and sector priorities.
The Specialist will serve as the primary Applied AI Subject Matter Expert, responsible for building and demonstrating AI-powered solutions while facilitating learning programs. They will also curate and validate digital skills content, monitor learner progress, and ensure curriculum alignment with labour market demands.
