They will conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to help organizations modernize clinical and operational workflows using the ICANotes platform.

Manage the implementation and onboarding of billing solutions and clearinghouses for clients on ICANotes platforms. This includes conducting client training, resolving claim submission issues, and coordinating with product and engineering teams.
