The Customer Success Engineer is responsible for protecting and growing SaaS and enterprise cloud customers by streamlining their data protection stacks. They act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption, ensure customer loyalty, and meet net recurring revenue targets.
The Account Executive will be responsible for defining and executing sales plans within the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota by leading all new account acquisition sales motions within the Commercial Customer Segment. This involves presenting HYCU's solutions to address client needs, building a robust sales pipeline, and leveraging direct and indirect sales motions through partners.
