The RPh Supervisor leads a distributed team of specialty pharmacists, managing training, daily coverage, and standardized workflows across multiple pods. This role is responsible for driving clinical and operational performance, performance management, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
The specialist will triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming customer support tickets and phone calls while maintaining empathetic communication. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve product experience and act as a subject matter expert for the pharmacy management system.
