The specialist is responsible for auditing food safety, quality, and sanitation systems across suppliers, co-manufacturers, and Hormel facilities. They will support the Corporate Manager in conducting plant audits and managing food safety projects.

Own the end-to-end execution of IT compliance activities, including audit coordination, evidence management, and issue remediation. Drive efficiency by modernizing compliance processes through automation and the implementation of GRC tools.

The role involves training and coaching plant locations on the Hormel Production System and auditing progress using the HPS Maturity Model. The manager will mentor problem-solving teams and support the implementation of maintenance work processes and operating systems.
