The Medical Director will lead clinical operations, design treatment pathways, and manage the provider network to ensure high-quality care at scale. They will collaborate with product and clinical teams to integrate AI and build robust infrastructure for a growing telehealth platform.

Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and a continuous training program to improve information retention and ramp time. Build and own a QA framework with clear KPIs to turn audit findings into targeted coaching and proactive performance management.

Own product areas end-to-end from problem framing and wireframing to final specifications. Build and maintain a scalable design system while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

This role is responsible for architecting the full lifecycle of operational learning, focusing approximately 70% on designing and building learning systems for Care Coordinators and Member Services, while the remaining 30% involves owning a diagnostic Quality Assurance framework to inform and elevate those training systems.
