Own product areas end-to-end from problem framing and wireframing to final specifications. Build and maintain a scalable design system while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Establish and lead the internal accounting function by implementing an AI-native ERP and modernizing the finance stack. The role focuses on automating workflows to reduce the monthly close cycle and providing strategic financial insights to leadership.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of physical products, including the commercialization of clinical innovations and OTC products. Manage the full supply chain, from CMO partnerships and sourcing to demand planning and FDA labeling compliance.

This role is responsible for architecting the full lifecycle of operational learning, focusing approximately 70% on designing and building learning systems for Care Coordinators and Member Services, while the remaining 30% involves owning a diagnostic Quality Assurance framework to inform and elevate those training systems.
