The VHT Consultant II will independently conduct field assessments, audits, and surveys while developing maintenance and modernization specifications for elevator and escalator systems. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and ensuring technical compliance across various project sectors.

The CFD Modeler II is responsible for developing and running 3D computational fluid dynamics models to simulate building systems for various high-growth markets. This role also involves analyzing simulation results, preparing technical reports, and utilizing scripting to enhance modeling workflows.

The Lead Integrated Automation Designer oversees the design of complex building systems and leads project efforts from concept through completion. They are responsible for mentoring design staff, managing client relationships, and ensuring all engineering solutions meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
