The Medical Grant Writer is responsible for creating multiple focused needs assessments and grants weekly for funding submissions. This includes collaborating with faculty and leadership to define educational needs and managing the submission process through grant portals.

Lead the events execution team to deliver high-quality in-person conferences and specialized workshops for dermatology professionals. Manage end-to-end logistics including F&B, room blocks, and vendor performance while ensuring budget adherence.

Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive healthcare provider engagement and conversion across multi-channel campaigns. Own primary performance KPIs and utilize historical data and yield management to optimize budget and campaign outcomes.
