The Associate Actuary leads the rate review process for homeowners and farm property pricing while performing actuarial analyses and competitive assessments. They also develop rating structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide insights to support premium growth and profitability.

Manage the lifecycle of assumed reinsurance contracts, including drafting treaty wordings, amendments, and endorsements. Provide technical guidance to underwriting, claims, and accounting teams regarding coverage intent and obligations.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and distribution excellence within the Minnesota and Wisconsin territories by developing strategic agency partnerships. This includes utilizing data and performance metrics to influence agency behavior and collaborating with underwriting to align growth with risk appetite.

Operate and validate industry-standard catastrophe models to produce portfolio and event-response analytics. Translate technical results into business insights to support underwriting, pricing, and enterprise risk management.

Investigates and settles property claims for farm and home owners through on-site inspections and interviews. Manages the full settlement process, including determining coverage, setting reserves, and maintaining relationships with agents and mutual managers.
