The Lead Risk Specialist will consult with management teams of large fleet motor carriers to analyze risk control strategies and mitigate exposures. They will partner with the National Accounts team to acquire and retain profitable accounts by evaluating loss trends and safety needs.
The Senior Claims Specialist builds relationships with in-house claims departments and third-party administrators to guide the claims process and settlements. They are also responsible for conducting claim reviews, monitoring supervision capabilities, and ensuring reserve adequacy on excess losses.
