You will own end-to-end design for complex product areas and drive design strategy for features serving candidates and elected officials. Additionally, you will evolve the design system, mentor peer designers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows.

You will work with leadership to improve and run the organizational learning machine, enabling fast, data-driven iterations across every function. Additionally, you will build and run the end-to-end operational business intelligence system and execute cross-functional analytical projects.
