Own end-to-end design for complex product areas serving candidates and elected officials while evolving the platform's design system. Drive design strategy for campaign and constituent services tools and mentor peer designers on craft excellence.

Lead the end-to-end development of AI-native features across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and AI integration layers. Establish engineering patterns, maintain API boundaries for the Civic Agent Platform, and implement quality evaluation pipelines for LLM features.

Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to create scalable tools that empower Independent candidates to run for office. Collaborate with CPO, Design, and Engineering teams to build growth funnels and integrate AI tools to improve user adoption.

You will work with leadership to improve and run the organizational learning machine, enabling fast, data-driven iterations across every function. Additionally, you will build and run the end-to-end operational business intelligence system and execute cross-functional analytical projects.
