Forward Deployed Engineer
Provide technical support, training, and equipment installation for public safety, military, and other government customers, both onsite and virtually. Advocate for customer needs across product and engineering teams, document customer feedback, and support business development through RFPs, demonstrations, trade shows, and Q&A sessions.
