The Workday Analyst will own the end-to-end configuration of HCM modules, including business processes, security, and reporting. They will also ensure data integrity through audits and provide actionable insights to P&C, Finance, and business leaders.
You will manage the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning systems. Additionally, you will lead enhancement projects by collaborating with finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
The Product Owner - AI will scout for high-value AI use-cases, translate briefs into actionable stories, and drive features from MVP to production. They will also run workshops to promote AI experimentation and track emerging tools and trends in the AI landscape.
