The Conflicts Attorney is responsible for analyzing and resolving conflict of interest issues for new clients, matters, and lateral attorney hires. They will also interface with firm partners and management to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules and firm policies.

Supervise the daily operations of the conflicts team, managing personnel and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of conflict check reports. Act as the primary escalation point for analysts and coordinators while collaborating with training specialists to implement individualized development plans.
