The Director will lead new client acquisition with a primary focus on integrated influencer and affiliate marketing solutions. They are responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building a robust pipeline, and developing strategies that align creator content with performance-driven conversion goals.

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and execution of the commercial sales team, overseeing inbound and outbound sales to consistently achieve new business and total sales targets. Key duties include directly managing and coaching the sales team, running structured deal strategy reviews, and owning the sales operating cadence and forecasting integrity.
