The Lead Estimator manages the development of competitive electrical project estimates from initial review through final bid submission and project turnover. They coordinate with internal teams to establish labor, material, and execution strategies while identifying risks and ensuring document compliance.

The Project Manager is responsible for the full execution of electrical and instrumentation projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, and safety from pre-construction to closeout. They lead self-perform and subcontracted work while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
