Member Support (US)
Provide empathetic, proactive support to Gaia members throughout fertility treatment, including onboarding, answering questions about coverage and financial support, and coordinating with clinics and other care services. Support partner providers with coverage and authorization queries, coordinate payment and claim communications, and help improve member experience and operational processes.
