The Care Navigator will manage a pipeline of U.S.-based prospects by qualifying inbound leads and engaging new prospects through outbound calls, email, and chat. They are responsible for converting leads into booked clinic consultations while maintaining high conversion rates and accurate CRM documentation.

The Controller will own the end-to-end monthly close process and ensure the integrity of financial statements and US GAAP compliance. They will lead annual audits, manage external advisors, and build scalable accounting processes to support company growth.

The Product Engineer will be responsible for designing and building scalable software to deliver a world-class digital experience, integrating complex financial processes like underwriting and payments. This role involves scoping and leading technical projects, improving developer experience through tooling and quality investments, and setting engineering culture standards.
