Ophthalmic Patient Access Representative
Respond to patient, referring physician office, and pharmacy inquiries; schedule and coordinate ophthalmology appointments; verify and document patient information in EHR and call center systems. Provide empathetic service, support triage and care coordination, maintain physician schedules, protect patient privacy, and meet call center performance standards.
