The Business Manager will drive the development and expansion of the specialty animal nutrition portfolio by engaging directly with customers and stakeholders. They are responsible for executing business plans, managing sales forecasts, and coordinating product trials to demonstrate efficacy and value.
Manage assigned accounts in the poultry and protein industry, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure customer retention and growth. Conduct regular service visits and collaborate with internal teams to meet profitability goals and document activities in CSM systems.
Maintain and grow sales of microbial control programs across beef, swine, and poultry processing plants. Provide technical service, on-site troubleshooting, and relationship management with key decision-makers.
