The role initially focuses on technical customer success and onboarding for a portfolio of clients. Over time, it transitions into a product management role focused on automating onboarding and improving product features based on customer feedback.

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding for banking and card products, including the verification of KYC/KYB documentation. Act as the operational liaison with financial partners to resolve compliance inquiries and maintain audit-ready records.

The role involves reviewing and decisioning corporate charge card applications while refining underwriting criteria and scoring logic. Additionally, the analyst will monitor portfolio health, track delinquency rates, and partner with product teams to build credit tooling.
