Oversee the Customer Support collections team and Vulnerable Customer department to manage early arrears strategy and telephony KPIs. Drive continuous improvement of processes to ensure regulatory compliance with FCA standards and improve customer outcomes.

Define and lead the enterprise data strategy and evolve the scalable data platform to align with business objectives. Build and lead a high-performing data engineering function while embedding data governance and literacy across the organization.

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes while maintaining financial models for scenario planning. Provide operational reporting and business partnering to support senior management and budget holders with actionable insights.

The administrator will handle daily operational tasks including logging complaints, processing payments, and managing DSAR requests. They will also support the team by organizing incoming post and liaising with debt management companies and courts.
