The Account Manager will manage a designated book of business to drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and contract renewals. They are responsible for developing account plans, strengthening client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client success.

You will maintain and enhance the Validus product by developing complex data-driven software components using C++ and Python. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations and product teams to improve deployment, monitoring, and feature specifications.

Serve as the first point of contact for US customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Jira. Maintain ticket hygiene, coordinate with global support teams, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

The role involves owning complex escalated customer tickets from root cause investigation through to resolution. It also requires monitoring production systems and partnering with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to fix platform issues.
