Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial and technology agreements while developing contract playbooks and templates. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-enabled tools into legal workflows and enhance legal operations.
You will draft, review, and negotiate complex technology and data-related agreements while advising on privacy risks and AI-specific contractual terms.
