Manage LIHTC investments from post-closing through stabilization, serving as the primary contact for project sponsors. Perform financial underwriting for post-closing transaction changes and monitor construction progress and lease-up performance.

The Assistant Director ensures the accuracy and integrity of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investment structures through financial modeling and tax law alignment. They collaborate across departments to monitor legislation, update internal guidelines, and provide investor-ready financial analyses.
