The Assistant Director ensures the accuracy and integrity of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investment structures through financial modeling and tax law alignment. They collaborate across departments to monitor legislation, update internal guidelines, and provide investor-ready financial analyses.

The Underwriter will perform comprehensive financial and market analysis for LIHTC investments, including sponsorship evaluation and capital structure assessment. They will also manage the due diligence process, prepare investment committee requests, and coordinate with originators to ensure timely deal closings.
