The position will have direct interaction with external sponsors, investors, lenders, state agencies, and internal stakeholders to help organizations address challenges, strengthen operations, and pursue sustainable growth opportunities.

Using advanced corporate finance analysis, AI-enabled tools, and data analytics, the Lead Analyst evaluates sponsor and guarantor strength, identifies emerging risks, and develops recommendations that support long-term organizational sustainability. The role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement to help Enterprise proactively manage portfolio risk and strengthen partner capacity.

Working within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, the Lead Analyst will assess corporate financial statements, their liquidity, leverage, cash flow, organizational capacity, governance structures, real estate portfolios and operational performance to identify strengths, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for intervention. Findings are synthesized using various AI tools into actionable recommendations, sponsor improvement plans, and executive-level summaries, that support decision-making within Asset Management and other capital business lines.

The Lead Analyst will contribute to the development of innovative tools and processes that improve the consistency, scalability, and effectiveness of sponsor evaluations. This includes leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered workflows, Excel modeling, dashboards, and data visualization tools to automate processes, increase capacity, identify portfolio and sponsor level trends, and improve risk monitoring capabilities.

Successful candidates will possess a strong foundation in corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, multi-family housing and problem-solving, combined with intellectual curiosity, a customer-service mindset, and enthusiasm for leveraging technology and AI to improve outcomes. As performance and expertise grow, opportunities will expand to include direct management of sponsor relationships, ownership of a portfolio of monitoring-stage sponsors, and leadership of strategic sponsor support initiatives.
