Responsible for the commercial operation of energy plants, ensuring a structured transition from project realization to regular operation. Coordinates commercial support for commercial customers and property managements while optimizing asset management processes.

Design and manage the end-to-end customer experience for energy projects, serving as the central point of contact for residents, tenants, and property managers. Coordinate structured onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service and software processes.

You will oversee the development and implementation of complex energy and district projects from conception to completion. Additionally, you will manage project portfolios, lead contract negotiations at the executive level, and mentor senior project managers.

You will develop and implement energy concepts for buildings and districts, managing projects from initial client contact through to operational phase. This includes overseeing contract, cost, and interface management while ensuring technical and economic requirements are met.
