The role is responsible for owning capacity reporting and commercial dashboards to provide visibility into power, space, and connectivity across data center sites. It involves partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to manage customer inventory and establish data governance standards for business intelligence.

Manage the data center development contract lifecycle and provide legal guidance to the data center development team. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and subcontracts.
