You will design, build, and operate cloud-native Kubernetes platforms while collaborating directly with client engineering teams. You are responsible for maintaining platform reliability, implementing infrastructure as code, and establishing self-service paths for delivery engineers.

You will lead the technical architecture and delivery of infrastructure platforms, acting as the primary technical voice for client engagements. You will also mentor engineers, define golden paths for deployment, and ensure the reliability and quality of the systems shipped.

You will lead a team of 2 to 6 engineers in delivering high-quality AI projects for enterprise clients, managing both the technical architecture and the team's professional growth. You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery, including scope, timeline, and hands-on contributions to backend services and AI orchestration.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both engineering and business roles. Additionally, you will manage the talent pipeline, handle offer negotiations, and optimize the hiring process using data and ATS tools.
