The Senior Manager will lead workforce strategy, including capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models across clinical teams. They will also partner with executive leadership to align workforce operations with company growth and drive the adoption of modern optimization tooling.

The coordinator will perform omnichannel patient outreach to schedule appointments and provide pre- and post-visit support. They are also responsible for documenting interactions in CRM/EMR systems and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Manage end-to-end credentialing and medical licensing processes for providers in a multi-state telehealth environment. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while acting as a liaison with medical boards and regulatory agencies.
